Return Deadlines

Fall Semester 2025

  • Textbook returns are due by Sept. 12
  • Textbooks ordered after Sept. 12 are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Textbooks purchased after the return deadline are final sale. More information regarding our return policy and deadlines is described below. Please contact the Campus Store directly with any questions or concerns.

Textbook Return Instructions

Ship textbook returns to the MN Textbook Center. Students are responsible for return shipping costs. All textbooks must be in original condition and accompanied by a receipt when returned. Please email [email protected] with any questions.

Textbook Return Policy
  • Your receipt is required for all returns.
  • New books must be returned in original condition, free from writing, highlighting, or any visible signs of wear and tear.
  • Shrink-wrapped textbooks must be returned unopened, in exact condition as when they were purchased, to be eligible for a refund.
  • Access codes that have been opened/scratched/used/activated are not eligible for return.
  • eBook refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Activated eBooks cannot be returned.
  • All returns are at the discretion of the MN Textbook Center staff.
General Merchandise Return Policy
  • Your receipt is required for all returns.
  • Returns must be made within one calendar week of purchase.
  • All items must be in original condition: clothing may not have been worn; items must still be in their original packaging, etc.
  • Sale items are sold as-is and are non-returnable. All sales are final.
  • The PTCC Campus Store reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if a receipt is not provided or if the returns deadline has expired. All returns are at the discretion of PTCC Campus Store staff.
PSEO Textbook Returns

Students from the following schools will return their textbooks to their high school campus.

  • Chisago Lakes
  • East Central
  • Hinckley-Finlayson
  • Isle
  • Milaca
  • Mora
  • North Branch
  • Ogilvie
  • Pine City
  • Princeton
  • Rush City

All other PSEO students will return their textbooks to the Campus Store by the posted deadline
